We choose to make our products under made-to-measure basis to provide the best fit for our clients, so while purchasing your favourite lingerie, remember we are not able to ship it immediately, and that for standard orders, it takes 4-5 weeks to create your garment before it is dispatched.

How can I provide my measurements? How does your website work?
Our website is designed for a very easy browsing experience:
Once you are logged in the website, put the garments you want to purchase in your electronic bag and proceed to checkout, then you'll find a measurement sheet to fill in with the required measurements.
A red line will appear on the silhouette to help you identify the right position of the required measurement you're filling.
It is very important to be true while providing your measurements.
Don't send smaller or larger measurements, because this can compromise the fit of the garments, and we don't take charge for this kind of carelessness.
I saw a beautiful garment I would like to purchase, but it is marked as "Fully booked". What does it mean? If a certain product is marked as "Fully booked" means that we had already enough orders for that specific product and that we can't currently accept any more. It doesn't mean it isn't available any longer, but that we need to process the previous orders to let it be purchasable again.
I read you make made to measure lingerie, do you work with all sizes? We are sorry, we currently don't work with all bra sizes, especially full-bust bras. We know the struggle of having a big breast and the difficulty to find a bra that is beautiful enough for your body, but we aren't able to satisfy each request. Do you ship worldwide?

I want to purchase this lingerie set but I need it in 5 days. Is it possible to receive it in this time? No, we are sorry. Our products are made to order, this means there is nothing ready to ship. Please if you need something for a certain date, ensure to order it on time, considering 4-5 weeks to create your garment before is dispatched. What about duty for extra EU orders? We don't take responsability for any customs taxes or duties that may be imposed on your order.
How should I wash my lingerie?
Please handle your garment with care: We recommend to wash your garment by hand in warm water with neutral soap. Don't rub, don't soak, don't dry in direct sunlight or on heat sources.
Absolutely don't wash with washing machine and don't iron your garment.
How should I take care of my lingerie? These garments are very delicate, please find a good place to store your Cristina Aielli lingerie. We suggest to store your bras and knickers in the original Cristina Aielli boxes, and to find an airy and spacious compartment for babydolls and other voluminous lingerie, to avoid any crumple.
Returns cannot be accepted on made-to-measure or bespoke garments, as both are specifically created with the measures of each client.
Please ensure that you are certain of sizing and details before placing your order.
All items are quality controlled before being dispatched to customers also, but for any question you can write us at customercare@cristinaaielli.com and we will do our best to solve the problem.
"Bespoke" Service
The starting price is 500€ for a two piece set and a non-returnable deposit of half of the total amount is required before the beginning of the creative process.
We will stipulate a contract to agree about payment and delivery time.
Returns are not accepted on any bespoke orders under any circumstances. In the case of a customer not paying the balance of bespoke work within 30 days of the agreed payment schedule, Cristina Aielli may sell the garments on to recoup the cost.

We are sorry we don't loan our lingerie for photo shoots, however we are always looking for artists to in-person work with.
